Art’s Crab Shack, 4301 Broadway in Oakland.
Man, they just don’t make signs like this anymore! According to a couple local papers Art’s Crab Shack had been here since 1963 serving a signature garlic grab dish. Mmmmm. To bad the owner decided to retire and close the joint before I noticed the signage.
An old Saw Shop sign on MLK at 44th in in Oakland. This is one of the primary signs I passed in my travels that put my Sign Flix path.

Practicing stop motion with mint lemonade, a drink we have been enjoying from our garden this summer. I plan to make a better video as a recipe, but this was fun and came out good enough.
